1. Shipping Coverage

We ship nationwide. If you are located in a remote or hard-to-reach area, our team will contact you to coordinate the best delivery option.

2. Delivery Times

• Standard shipping: between 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Express shipping (if available): between 24–48 business hours in major cities.
• Delivery times begin once your payment has been confirmed.

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery method.
• We offer free shipping on orders over 75€.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time.

5. Delivery Delays

We strive to meet the stated delivery times. However, external factors such as weather conditions, high demand, or courier issues may cause delays.

6. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. In case of an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

7. Undelivered Orders

If a shipment cannot be delivered after several attempts by the courier, it will be returned to our warehouse. You may request a reshipment by covering the shipping costs again.
